- Pulse delay/advance: 10 ns to 10 ms (± fixed delay of 45 ns)
- Double Pulse: 5 MHz maximum in all ranges except 30V to 100V range which is max. 2 MHz
- Pulse Width: 25 ns to 10 ms in 6 decade ranges
- Max. duty cycle: >10% for 30 to 100V range. >50% all other ranges.
