The 16556D State and Timing Analysis Module provides 68 channels/card, 340 channels/timebase and a memory depth of 2M, 4M (half channel mode). The state-analysis rate is 100MHz. It is an accessory for the 16700A or 16702A Logic Analysis Mainframe.
