The 16517A Logic Analyzer High-Speed Timing Module is capable of triggering on violations of timing specifications. The module has a maximum timing speed of 2GHz (full channel mode) or 4GHz (half-channel mode) and a maximum state speed of 1GHz or 2GHz (maximum state speed with oversampling). It has a memory depth of 64K (full channel mode) or 128K (half-channel mode).
